our approach - Guiding you through the process

Step 1 – Requirements and Specification (listening to your problems)

Primarily when meeting with any client, we need to establish the business goals the client is trying to achieve. The processes we follow will ensure that any system you request exactly fits a specification and budget that both parties can agree upon.

Step 2 – Design

This is where the nuts and bolts of the system are extensively thought out. We would establish how exactly the system was to function as well as languages, back-end info structure, hardware architecture and all aspects of the system are refined and crafted into a system design plan.

Step 3 – Implementation

Here we see the system finally come to life. All code and infrastructure is written and constructed. With all the hard work done in previous stages we can now make sure that we are building the most efficient system in the most efficient way, saving you time and money.

Step 4 – Testing

There are two aspects to the testing in this phase, one is to ensure that all aspects of the system function as they should but secondly that it conforms to the specification and it meets the client’s expectations.

Step 5 – Maintenance

All of our systems differ in terms of complexity and the needs of the specific of clients and as such we tailor the maintenance. We offer everything from by-the-hour ad-hoc style arrangements to full-blown maintenance contracts incorporating training, system hardware and software support with custom upgrades. Whichever solution fits your business and budget can be arranged.
